Project Description
The assignment titled “Corporate Branding and Communication Support for Trivuz Properties Limited” was undertaken to strengthen the brand identity, marketing communication, and digital presence of Trivuz Properties — a Dhaka-based property development company engaged in the design, development, and marketing of residential and commercial real estate projects. The agreement was awarded to Communication and Development Limited by Trivuz Properties Limited to serve as a long-term communication and design partner, responsible for ensuring that all visual and digital communications of the company align with its growth vision and market positioning. The scope of work focused on providing full-spectrum communication support, including branding, digital media management, promotional content design, and marketing material development. The services were structured to enhance the brand visibility and customer engagement of Trivuz Properties’ housing projects, emphasizing quality, trust, and modern living.
The objectives of this engagement were to

Digital Media Management
- Managed social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with an average of 8– 10 posts per month, focusing on project updates, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Designed targeted ad creatives for project launches and apartment sales campaigns.
- Produced engaging digital content highlighting the firm’s architectural quality, sustainability, and customer focus.
Promotional and Marketing Design
- Designed flyers, brochures, billboards, and on-site promotional banners to support sales campaigns.
